Your team sends their availability. Who builds the schedule?

Mimi, at Premium. She builds a draft from their availability, flags a shift nobody can cover, and leaves it to you to fix and approve.

01What Mimi does

What does an AI staff scheduling agent do?

The cards marked “At Hasod today” run there every day. At your store, they come one department at a time, at the level you choose. The tag on each card shows its level: Basic is included in the base, and Premium and Master are upgrades.

IllustrationThe small screens on the cards are drawn.
  • 01At Hasod todayBasic:

A time clock with a personal code

A tablet at your workplace shows the time clock. At Hasod, each staff member picks their name, gets a 4-digit code by text, and clocks in. Two open shifts for the same person are blocked.

  • 02At Hasod todayPremium:

    A schedule built from availability

A draft schedule for the week is built from each person's availability. The hardest shifts are filled first, and a shift nobody can cover gets a warning instead of a forced assignment.

  • 03At Hasod todayPremium:

An availability form that never locks

Staff update their availability any time, even after the schedule is approved. There's no date when the form locks and everyone goes back to messaging you.

  • 04At Hasod todayPremium:

Only a clean month to your accountant

One button sends the hours report with a spreadsheet (CSV) that opens in Excel. If a clock-in or clock-out is missing, the server refuses, and the screen shows it with a button to fix it.

  • 05At Hasod todayMaster:

Forgot to clock out? Report it

A staff member who forgot to clock in or out reports the time they actually came or left. It's written at once and flagged for a manager to review.

  • 06At Hasod todayMaster:

    Labor cost on every order

The time an order took to pack and the hourly cost of whoever packed it give the order its labor cost, counted in its profit.

02See it work

Mimi at work: next week's schedule

  1. 1

A draft schedule from the availability that came in, with two uncovered shifts marked.

  2. 2

You approve and send, and the schedule goes only to the people on it.

  3. 3

The month's hours go to your accountant once no clock-in is missing.

IllustrationThe figures are examples, and the screen is drawn, not a capture of a real system. The schedule, and sending the month's hours only when nothing is missing, come with Mimi at Premium.

03Getting started

How does Mimi join your store?

Mimi works every day at Hasod, the online gift store in Israel where we built MOVA. At your store, the team joins one department at a time.

  1. 1

    Tell us about your store

A short call with a person, not a bot: what you sell, who buys it, and what's not working.

  2. 2

    Bring what you already have

Your products, photos, and content move to the new site, and everything runs from one admin. Until the new site goes live, your current one keeps selling.

  3. 3

    Decide what comes to you

Mimi builds a draft. You fix and approve the schedule, and a report with a missing clock-in doesn't go out without an explicit override.

  4. 4

    You approve with one tap

What needs a decision comes to you with the reasons, on your phone or your computer. Approve, change, or say no.

04Who she is

What matters to Mimi

That nobody on the team ever feels invisible.

Her question

“Do we have enough hands on this shift?”

How she sounds

  • “Wait, did you eat something today?”
  • “I already know.”
  • “How do you want us to do this?”

05Teammates

Who does Mimi work with?

Nobody on the team works alone. Here's how Mimi works with the other departments at Hasod today.

IllustrationThese conversations run at Hasod today. The numbers in them are examples.
  • Mimi and Axel

Someone starts packing an order. Now it has a labor cost.

    • AxelOrder 18421: 6 minutes 40 seconds to pack, two products.
    • AxelThe labor on this order is counted in its profit.

A measured labor cost on every order, not an estimate.

  • Mimi and Q

The hours report is ready for your accountant. One clock-in is broken.

    • MimiThis month's hours report is ready for the accountant.
    • QSending stopped: one shift has no clock-out.
    • MimiThe shift is fixed on screen, and the fix is logged. Report sent.

Your accountant gets only a clean report, unless someone explicitly overrides it.

Who balances her

People vs. the clock

Axel counts minutes, and Mimi looks after people's energy. Together: a shift that keeps time without wearing anyone out.

08Questions

Questions about Mimi, answered.

Doesn't this turn into a system that watches my staff?

It does measure, and what it measures is packing. At Hasod, each staff member has a report of how many orders they packed, how long it took, and what it cost. Pace is compared product by product with the team's average on that exact product, and only after at least two units. So any follow-up is about a step in packing or a tool, not about the person.

Does Mimi decide who works when?

No. She builds a draft from your team's availability and flags a shift nobody can cover. You fix and approve the schedule, and it goes only to the people on it.

When does Mimi start working at my store?

Mimi works every day at Hasod, our own online gift store. At your store, Maya answers customers from launch day, and Mimi joins one department at a time, once her department's data is in.

How much does an AI staff scheduling agent cost?

With MOVA, Mimi is included at Basic in the $149/month base, together with your new site, the admin, and the rest of the team. You can upgrade just Mimi to Premium for $29/month or to Master for $49/month, and go back to Basic any month. AI usage is included in normal volume. No credits to buy. Mimi joins your store one department at a time. Setup and the move are a one-time fee, quoted after a short call. No long-term contract. Cancel any month. The setup fee covers work already done, so it isn't refunded. Prices are before sales tax where it applies.

What happens to my store's data?

Mimi works with your staff's names, clock-ins and clock-outs, and hours, and at Premium with their availability. We use your data only to run the service and never share it, except with the infrastructure, AI, and messaging providers that run it. Your store's data lives in its own database. It belongs to you.
