The MOVA blog

AI and ecommerce guides for online store owners.

The MOVA blog answers the questions small online store owners ask about AI and running a store: what an AI employee costs in 2026, how to move a store without losing Google rankings, what AI customer service should answer, and how ChatGPT picks stores. Every number about the market links to its source, with the date we read it.

How much does an AI employee cost in 2026?

What AI employee apps, AI customer service, and managed AI teams charge in 2026, what each one meters, and the costs that don't show on the price page.

  • Self-serve AI employee apps cost $29.99 to $49.99 a month billed monthly, or from $15.60 a month on a yearly plan, as published on Oct 18, 2026. Each one meters the work: Sintra in credits, Marblism in hours, and Lindy in credits for each user.
  • AI customer service is often billed per resolved conversation: $0.99 per outcome at Intercom and about $1 per automated interaction at Gorgias, each on top of a helpdesk plan.

01How we write

Three rules for every guide.

A company blog has to work harder to be believed. These are ours:

  1. 1

    Every number has a source

A vendor's price, a percentage, or a statistic comes with a link and the date we read it. Numbers about MOVA come from our price list and from Hasod's own system.

  2. 2

Where others are better, we say so

When another tool is cheaper or a better fit, the guide says it. A comparison that hides that isn't worth reading.

  3. 3

MOVA, only as far as it's true

What runs today at Hasod, our own store, is said as Hasod's. What a US store gets on launch day is said separately.

02Questions

Questions about the MOVA blog.

Who writes the MOVA blog?

Omri Shmuel is the founder of MOVA. He has run Hasod, an online gift store in Israel, since 2017, and built MOVA's system and its team of AI agents inside his own store first. Each guide carries his name and the date it was written and checked.

Where do the numbers come from?

From the vendors' own pricing pages, Google's and OpenAI's own documentation, US government statistics, laws, and published research, each with a link and the date we read it. Numbers about MOVA come from our price list and from Hasod's own system.

Are the prices in these guides current?

They're the prices each vendor published on the day we read them, and every guide shows that date. Prices change, and some vendors show different prices to different visitors, so check the vendor's own page before you decide.

Do you write about competitors fairly?

We name them only with facts they publish, with the date, and we say where they win: a lower price, a self-serve start, or more features live today.

Want to see this working in your store?

It starts with a short call with a person, and a fixed quote for the setup and the move.

Tell us about your store.

A short call with a person, not a bot. We learn how your store runs, and you get a fixed quote for the setup and the move.

Live in 7 days from access to your current site, or your first month is free.

The 7 days start when we have access to your current site and all your materials. Time spent waiting for your approvals or materials doesn't count.

No long-term contract. Cancel any month. The setup fee covers work already done, so it isn't refunded.

US stores are joining as early access.
