01The story
Why I built MOVA.
I'm Omri Shmuel. Since 2017 I've run an online store: Hasod, a gift shop in Israel.
Like most small store owners, I was the whole company. Mornings were customer messages: where's my order, can you change the card, is it in stock. Afternoons were suppliers, invoices, and stock. Evenings were tomorrow's schedule and the books. The store grew, and so did the list of things only I could check.
So I started building what I actually needed, inside my own store. One system for orders, inventory, suppliers, invoices, shifts, and customer chat, where every part knows what the others know. When AI got good enough, I gave each department its own agent. Maya answers customers. Stocky watches the stock. Pixie reads supplier invoices. Bruno checks what's really left from every order. Eleven of them, one for each job in my store.
The rule from day one: the agents do the work and bring a proposal, and a person decides. We choose what runs on its own, and nothing that costs money runs until we turn it on. We check every change before it goes live. AI makes us fast. People keep it right.
It runs at Hasod every day. Not a demo: the same system that handles our real orders.
Other store owners kept asking how it works. MOVA is the answer. We rebuild your store as a fast new site, move your products, photos, and pages, point every old link to its new page, and give you the same team, one department at a time. Live in 7 days from access to your current site, or your first month is free.
I built MOVA for the store owner I was back in 2017: great at the product, and doing every other job at once. If that's you, let's talk.
