$149/month, before sales tax where it applies. That covers the new site, the admin, hosting, upkeep, AI usage in normal volume, and all 11 AI agents at Basic. Basic is included. Upgrade any agent to Premium or Master on its own, and go back to Basic any month. Upgrades start at $29/month. Setup and the move are a one-time fee that depends on the size of your store, so you get a fixed quote after a short call, before you commit to anything.

Every old link points to its new page with a permanent redirect, so visitors and Google land on the right page, and we check each step of the move. Google says rankings may go up and down for a while during a site move, and that they settle down over time. The ranking itself is Google's call, so no one can promise you a position, and we won't either.

You do. Your products, customers, orders, photos, logo, and domain belong to your business. We use your data only to run the service and never share it, except with the infrastructure, AI, and messaging providers that run it. Your store's data lives in its own database. It's backed up every day and encrypted. If you leave, you get a full export of your products, customers, orders, invoices, and content within 14 days, in common files like CSV.

The 7 days start when we have access to your current site and all your materials. Time spent waiting for your approvals or materials doesn't count.

MOVA runs every day in our own store, Hasod. US stores are joining now as early access: your new site, the admin and Maya, your customer service agent, from launch day. The rest of the team joins one department at a time. Your payment processor and shipping carriers are connected during setup, where your provider allows it.

Like any AI, the agents can make mistakes. That's why they bring proposals instead of acting alone: you decide what runs on its own, like a reply to a shipping or returns question, and what comes to you first, like a discount, a refund, or a supplier order. People check every change to your site before it goes live. And Q runs fixed checks, like a customer left waiting for a person or a possible duplicate invoice, each one joining with the department it covers.
