Part 3 of 3: the team
AI agents with human approval.
MOVA's AI agents prepare the work in each department of your store and bring it to you as a proposal, with the reasons. You approve it, change it, or say no. You decide what runs on its own, and nothing that costs money runs until you turn it on. All 11 agents are in the $149/month base at Basic.
US stores: Maya from launch day, and the rest of the team joins one department at a time.
MayaWhat did we promise the customer?
JettWhen does it really arrive?
StockyHow many, exactly?
Reorder the honey gift box: 40 units
- 6 left, and about 3 sell a day
- Nothing on the way from the supplier
- Sales are up more than 20% from the month before

ScoutSales are climbing, so the suggested amount climbed too.

01How it works
How does a proposal reach you?
Every time something needs a decision, it works the same way. The cases below are illustrations, and the flows behind them run at Hasod today.
- 1
An agent notices
Something changes in its department: a product running low, a new price on a supplier invoice, a question customers keep asking.
- 2
A proposal, with the reasons
What to do and why, with the numbers it's based on. At Premium, the agent works from your whole store's data.
- 3
Q's fixed checks
Where one of Q's checks applies, it runs first: a broken clock-in holds the hours report, and a possible duplicate invoice gets flagged.
- 4You
You decide
Approve it, change it, or say no, on your phone or computer. You decide what runs on its own, and nothing that costs money runs until you turn it on.
Pick a case
You reorder by what's selling now, before the shelf runs empty. Scout's trend and Stocky's reorder come with Premium.
A product's sales are climbing. The suggested reorder climbs with them.
Illustration: example figures
ScoutHoney gift box: the last 30 days are up more than 20 percent from the 30 days before. Trending up.

StockySales picked up, so the suggested reorder did too. It's waiting for your OK.
For your approvalReorder the honey gift box: 40 units
- The last 30 days are up more than 20%
- Nothing is ordered until you approve
Every invoice line records a purchase price, and the system does the comparing. The price alert comes with Pixie at Master.
Questions that keep coming up in chat come back as a recommendation with real quotes. Fix it on the site once, and the next customer doesn't have to ask. The report on what customers ask comes with Scout at Master, and a prepared page fix with Lumi at Premium.
Your accountant gets only a clean report, unless someone explicitly overrides it. Holding the hours report comes with Mimi at Premium.

02Your rules
What runs on its own, and what comes to you?
The team proposes. You approve. You decide what runs on its own, and nothing that costs money runs until you turn it on.
Maya answers your customers' common questions on her own, from launch day: shipping, returns, hours, and payment. A discount, a refund, a supplier order, or a price change comes to you first. At Master, an action that costs money, like store credit from the chat, runs on its own only once you turn it on.
AI does the work fast. People check every change before it goes live.
- Answer a shipping or returns question
- Discount for a customer
- Refund
- Supplier order
- Price change
- Social media post
- Campaign email
03Your decision
They propose. You decide.
What the agents never do on their own:

They don't pay suppliers
Pixie reads supplier invoices, and at Master she alerts you when a supplier raises a price. Paying them stays with you.
They don't buy stock without your OK
At Premium, Stocky recommends what to reorder and how much. The order goes to the supplier only after you approve it.
They don't launch a campaign without your OK
At Premium, Cleo writes campaign emails and posts. They go out only after you approve them.
They don't promise what they can't check
Maya answers from your store's policies, and at Premium from the order's live status. She doesn't promise a date or a stock level she can't see.
Bruno doesn't fill a gap with a zero
When a number can't be worked out honestly, Bruno says there isn't enough data instead of showing a zero. You see what's a real number and what's a gap before you decide.
They don't change your site without a check
At Premium, Lumi prepares a fix for a page, and people check it before it goes live.
0411 questions
Each one asks their own question.
Each agent has a job, something they care about, and a question of their own.
On the site, in chat, in marketing, and in the market.
LumiWebsite & shoppingHer question“Wait. What did the shopper just see?”What matters to her: That everyone who comes to your site knows what to do next, and feels welcome.

CleoMarketing & contentHer question“How will people feel?”What matters to her: That everything going out in your store's name is worth the attention. To her, design is a way to sell, not decoration.

05Counterweights
They don't always agree. On purpose.
Each agent has a counterweight, so the team doesn't lean one way. At your store, the pairs form as agents join.

Jett and QSpeed vs. checking
Jett is already at the door, and Q is still checking. Together: out fast, after one check.

Maya and JettFeelings vs. promises
Maya sees a worried customer, and Jett wants to promise “tonight.” Together: they promise only what's certain.

Stocky and PixieShelf vs. paper
What's on the shelf against what the invoice says. Together they ask: what do we actually know?

Mimi and AxelPeople vs. the clock
Axel counts minutes, and Mimi looks after people's energy. Together: a shift that keeps time without wearing anyone out.

Bruno and CleoNumbers vs. story
Bruno asks what's left, and Cleo asks how people will feel. Together: a campaign that looks good and pays off.

Lumi and ScoutFast vs. why
Lumi wants to fix it right away, and Scout first asks why. Together: they fix the right thing.
These pairs show the agents' personalities, not how the product works.

Questions, answered.
Do the AI agents make decisions on their own?
The team proposes. You approve. You decide what runs on its own, and nothing that costs money runs until you turn it on. AI does the work fast. People check every change before it goes live.
What runs on its own, and what waits for me?
Maya answers your customers' common questions on her own, from launch day. A discount, a refund, a supplier order, a price change, a post, or a campaign email comes to you first. At Master, an action that costs money, like store credit from the chat, runs on its own only once you turn it on.
What happens if I don't approve?
Nothing goes ahead. If something needs a change, write what to change in plain words, and the team prepares it again.
What if an agent gets something wrong?
Like any AI, the agents can make mistakes. That's why they bring proposals instead of acting alone, and why each proposal says what it's based on. People check every change to your site before it goes live, and Q runs fixed checks, like a missing clock-out in the hours report or a possible duplicate invoice.
What do the agents never do on their own?
They don't pay suppliers, and they don't buy stock or launch a campaign without your OK: at Premium, Stocky recommends what to reorder and Cleo writes campaign emails and posts, and each goes out only after you approve it. They don't promise a customer what they can't check, and they don't change your site without a check by people. When Bruno can't work out a number honestly, he says there isn't enough data instead of showing a zero.
Are the conversations on this page real?
They're illustrations: the cases, the numbers, and the names are made up to show how it works. The flows behind them run every day at Hasod, our own store. At your store, it starts with Maya.
Is it included in the price?
Yes, at Basic: all 11 agents are in the $149/month base, together with your new site and the admin. You can upgrade any agent on its own to Premium or Master, from $29/month. Maya answers customers from launch day, and the rest of the team joins one department at a time. Prices are before sales tax where it applies.
Want a team like this in your store?
It starts with a short call with a person. Maya starts on launch day, and the rest of the team joins one department at a time.
Live in 7 days from access to your current site, or your first month is free.
Tell us about your store.
A short call with a person, not a bot. We learn how your store runs, and you get a fixed quote for the setup and the move.
Live in 7 days from access to your current site, or your first month is free.
The 7 days start when we have access to your current site and all your materials. Time spent waiting for your approvals or materials doesn't count.
No long-term contract. Cancel any month. The setup fee covers work already done, so it isn't refunded.
US stores are joining as early access.
