MOVA runs every day in our own store, Hasod. US stores are joining now as early access: your new site, the admin and Maya, your customer service agent, from launch day. The rest of the team joins one department at a time.
We move your products, photos, pages, and content, and point every old link to its new page. Customers and order history come along where your current platform can export them.

03How we tell it
A customer page is easy to fill with nice numbers. The rules here do the opposite: if it can't be checked, it doesn't go in.
Every story is built the same way: the questions the work has to answer, what moved into the system, and how it runs now.
No growth percentages and no “3x.” A number appears only when it can be counted again, with the date it was counted.
Hasod is our own store, so it's named. Any other store appears here only after it agrees in writing.
Every story says where it stands, and every drawn screen is marked “Illustration.”
