In short
The business
An online gift store in Israel, with a packing warehouse, suppliers, staff on shifts, local delivery drivers, and customers who write in through the site's chat.
The questions
- How much work goes into an order, which supplier raised a price, and what to reorder before the holidays.
- Who answered which customer, who's working next week, and whether checkout is working right now.
At Hasod today
- One admin for customer service, orders, inventory, invoices, shipping, and shifts.
- A named AI agent for each department. The agents bring proposals, and the owner decides what runs on its own.
- About 80 admin screens behind the site, which customers never see.
01The questions every store asks
Without a system: questions with no answer.
A gift store is a lot more than a website. There are gift boxes packed in the warehouse, suppliers who raise prices, staff on shifts, delivery drivers, and customers writing in the site's chat.
These are the questions the system was built to answer. Anyone who runs a store that packs and ships will know them:
How much work goes into each order?
Without a timer, nobody knows how long a gift box takes to pack, so prices are set by feel.
Which supplier quietly raised a price?
A price that goes up without notice shows up late, when the margin looks thin and nobody knows why.
What should we reorder before the holidays?
Reorders are a guess, and then the best seller runs out, or the warehouse fills up with inventory that doesn't move.
Who answered yesterday's message?
Messages come in all day, and it isn't clear who answered whom, or who's been waiting since yesterday.
Who's working next week?
The schedule is made by hand, and then the complaints roll in.
Is checkout working right now?
A checkout that breaks in the evening goes unnoticed until a few orders have failed.
02What moved into the system
What moved: every department, in one place.
Each department has a named AI agent responsible for it. This is what runs at Hasod today:
Facing customers
Lumi, Website & shoppingWhere shoppers drop off
Shoppers who start checkout and don't finish get up to 3 emails, sent only between 9 AM and 9 PM Israel time. Visits are recorded with the shopper's consent. Every evening, the owner gets an analysis of where shoppers got stuck, and the problems go into a fix queue. A fix goes live only after approval.
Maya, Customer serviceAnswers from the order itself
Maya answers in the site's web chat, including questions about a specific order, from its live status. She can send a secure payment link inside the chat, and she hands the chat to a person when needed. Every chat sits on one screen, and a person can take over any of them.
Cleo, Marketing & contentWhat each channel brought in
Every morning at 8 AM Israel time, the owner gets an email with what each marketing channel brought in yesterday, against what it cost: the real Meta ad spend, and for Google Ads and organic, a fixed amount the owner sets. The money in is counted from orders that were actually paid, not from what the ad platforms report.
Scout, Market researchWhat other sellers charge
For a product added from a supplier's link, one tap shows what other sellers in Israel charge for it on Google Shopping, with the median. The price stays the owner's decision.
Behind the scenes
Axel, Orders & operationsA timer on every order
Every order gets a packing timer: who packed it, for how long, and at what pay rate. That shows how much work really goes into each product.
Stocky, Inventory & purchasingWhat to reorder, by supplier
Every 6 hours, every stocked item is checked, and the result is grouped by supplier: what to reorder now, what to reorder soon, and what's overstocked. A gift box's inventory is counted from the items inside it.
Jett, ShippingNo delivery taken twice
Hasod's local drivers claim deliveries in an app on their phone. The moment one driver takes a package, it disappears from every other driver's screen.
Mimi, Staff & schedulingA schedule that drafts itself
Staff mark when they're available, and a draft schedule for the week is built for a manager to fix and approve.
Money and quality
Pixie, Invoices & documentsAn invoice from a photo
A photo of a supplier invoice is read line by line. A price that went up since the last invoice is flagged as the invoice comes in, and once it's approved, the items go into the store's inventory.
Bruno, Finance & planningThe numbers, with the formula shown
12 calculation cards, from revenue to break-even and net profit. Each one shows its formula with the store's own numbers in it, and warns when a number is missing.
Q, Quality controlA checkout error, within 2 minutes
A new error at checkout or in payment reaches the owner by email and text within about 2 minutes. A problem that hits many customers sends one message, and while it lasts, at most one an hour.
At Hasod, all 11 agents work today. At your store, Maya answers customers in web chat at Basic from launch day, and the rest of the team joins one department at a time.
Most of what runs at Hasod comes with an agent's Basic, Premium, or Master level. Some of it, like the visitor recordings, runs only at Hasod for now.

03Where it stands today
Now: every question has a place.
Each question above now has an answer in the system, and a screen where the owner can see it.
The owner decides what runs on its own. A supplier order, new inventory going in, and a fix to the site each wait for approval.
