Legal

MOVA's legal terms, in plain English.

Everything legal about MOVA in one place, in plain English: the standard terms every store gets, the 7-day guarantee and how the days count, refunds and cancelling, your store's data, cookies, accessibility, and this site's terms of use and privacy policy. A document marked “Draft” isn't final until a lawyer approves it.

The standard terms

Summary

Last updated: Oct 18, 2026

Every store signs its own agreement after the first call. It spells out exactly what we'll do and what you pay, and it's the binding version. Its general terms are the same for every store. The main ones, in plain English:

  • Your new site is built and live within 7 days. The 7 days start when we have access to your current site and all your materials. Time spent waiting for your approvals or materials doesn't count.
  • Setup includes two rounds of fixes on the new site. If we hear nothing from you within 7 days of handing the site over, it counts as approved, and we set the launch with you.
  • Support comes from a person, Mon-Fri in US business hours. A problem that takes your site down comes first, and we work on it outside those hours where possible.
  • You can make small changes yourself in the admin, like text, a photo, or a price, and we're here to help.
  • AI usage is included in normal volume. No credits to buy. If your usage grows far beyond that, we tell you first and agree on what's next together, and nothing extra is charged without your OK.
  • Billed by usage: text messages, your payment processor's fees, and your domain's registration and renewal. Quoted separately, and only with your OK: new pages, features, or systems, a redesign of a site that's already live, entering content in bulk, connecting new outside services, and paid ads.
  • Every site is built to the usual guidance for Google and AI search. Rankings and recommendations are the engines' call, so no one can promise a position.
  • Your content and data belong to your store: customers, orders, products, photos, logo, and domain.
  • No long-term contract. Cancel any month. The setup fee covers work already done, so it isn't refunded. An email is enough to cancel. Your service runs to the end of the month you've paid for, and a paid month isn't refunded.
  • If you leave, you get a full export of your store's data within 14 days, in standard files like CSV, and we help move your domain. An unpaid balance never delays your export. 60 days after the end, we delete your data from our servers, except what the law requires us to keep.
  • If a payment is more than 14 days late, we send a reminder. If it's still unpaid 7 days after that, we may pause the service, including the site and the admin, until it's paid.
  • We can end the agreement too, with 30 days' written notice. If MOVA ends the agreement with notice within the first 12 months of monthly payments, you get back a share of the setup fee, in proportion to the months left in that first year. We can also end it right away if a payment is still unpaid 30 days after the reminder, or if the service is used for illegal or abusive activity.
  • We check accessibility before launch and hand you the results, and an accessibility issue that comes from our code is fixed as part of upkeep. The content you add, and your own accessibility statement, are yours to keep up.

On top of the agreement, our guarantee: “Live in 7 days from access to your current site, or your first month is free.” How the 7 days count is explained below.

And from the plans: some levels have a monthly limit, like Maya's chats or Pixie's invoices. We tell you before you reach it, nothing stops in the middle of a task, and anything beyond it goes ahead only after you approve it.

The 7-day guarantee

These are the words on every page of this site. Here's how the 7 days count:

“Live in 7 days from access to your current site, or your first month is free.”

MOVA's guarantee
  1. 1

    Access and materials

We get access to your current site and all your materials. The count starts here.

  2. 2

    We build, move, and check

AI does the work fast, and people check every step.

  3. 3

    Your site is live

Within 7 days. If not, your first month is free.

What doesn't count

Time spent waiting for your approvals or materials doesn't count.

Refunds and cancelling

Draft

Last updated: Oct 18, 2026

No long-term contract. Cancel any month. The setup fee covers work already done, so it isn't refunded.

To cancel, an email to hello@mova.biz is enough. Your service runs to the end of the month you've paid for, and a paid month isn't refunded.

If MOVA ends the agreement with notice within the first 12 months of monthly payments, you get back a share of the setup fee, in proportion to the months left in that first year.

Live in 7 days from access to your current site, or your first month is free. The 7 days start when we have access to your current site and all your materials. Time spent waiting for your approvals or materials doesn't count.

A working draft, not final legal text. The binding wording will be written and approved by a lawyer.

Your store's data

We use your data only to run the service and never share it, except with the infrastructure, AI, and messaging providers that run it. Your store's data lives in its own database.

It's backed up every day and encrypted, and it belongs to your store: customers, orders, products, photos, logo, and domain.

If we learn of a security incident that touches your store's data, we tell you without delay, act to stop it and limit the harm, and share what we know. No system connected to the internet is completely immune, and we won't promise otherwise.

Privacy policy

Last updated: Oct 29, 2026

What this site collects, why, how long it's kept, who else handles it, and how to have it deleted. It covers this website. A store's own data is covered by its agreement and by “Your store's data” on this page.

  1. 01What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. There's no sign-up and no user account on this site, and nothing here tracks you on other sites.

    • The “Book a call” form: your name, email, phone, and your store's name or web address, and the page you sent it from.
    • An email you send us: your address and what you write.
    • The free store audit: the address you type is used only to run the audit. We don't store the result or a copy of your site.
    • The MOVA Score: it runs in your browser, and we don't receive your answers.
  2. 02Why we collect it

We don't sell or rent anyone's data, and there's no mailing list.

    • To get back to you about what you asked for.
    • To prepare for the call, instead of asking you everything from scratch.
  3. 03How long we keep it

A request is kept while there's an active conversation, and after that for a reasonable period for record-keeping. The exact period will be set in the legal review and written here in numbers.

  4. 04Who else handles it

The providers that run this site, like hosting and the database, process it for us, on our instructions, and not for their own use. The exact list of providers, and where the data is stored, will appear here in the approved version.

  5. 05Cookies

This site sets no ad cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. See “Cookies and browser storage” on this page.

  6. 06What you can ask for

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@mova.biz, and a person handles it. Deletion includes backups, on our regular backup cycle.

  7. 07Security

The data sits with established hosting providers, access is limited to the people who need it for their work, and the admin requires a secure sign-in. No system is bulletproof, and we won't promise otherwise.

  8. 08Google user data in the MOVA platform

Businesses that use the MOVA platform can connect their own Google accounts from the connections screen. MOVA only reads this data. It never changes anything in a Google account.

We use the data only to provide and improve what the business sees in its own admin area. We don't sell it, we don't use it for advertising, we don't share it with other businesses, and we don't use it to train generalized AI models.

MOVA staff see the data only with the business's consent for a support request, when it's needed for security, or when the law requires it.

Access keys are stored on our servers, reachable only by the system and never by a browser. Disconnecting the account on the connections screen deletes them, and you can revoke MOVA's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

MOVA's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

    • Google Analytics, read only (analytics.readonly): the business's properties and their traffic and sales reports, to show them to that business in its own admin screens and reports.
    • Google Search Console, read only (webmasters.readonly): the business's sites and their search performance, to show them to that business in its own admin screens.
    • The email address of the connected Google account, to show which account is connected.
  9. 09Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is published here with its date.

Cookies and browser storage

Draft

Last updated: Oct 18, 2026

This site has no ad cookies and no third-party analytics or tracking tools, and its pages set no cookies of their own.

A few small settings stay in your own browser and never reach us: whether you closed the note that offers our Hebrew site, and your answer to “Did this answer your question?” in the help center. You can clear them in your browser's settings, and the site keeps working.

What reaches us is only what you type into a form and send. If we ever add an analytics tool, this section changes first.

A working draft, not final legal text. The binding wording will be written and approved by a lawyer.

Accessibility statement

Draft

Last updated: Oct 18, 2026

We design this site for WCAG 2.1 AA as our target: readable contrast, buttons and links large enough to tap, and keyboard navigation.

A full accessibility audit of this site hasn't been done yet, so we don't claim it meets a standard.

If anything on this site doesn't work for you, email hello@mova.biz and a person will fix it or help another way.

A working draft, not final legal text. The binding wording will be written and approved by a lawyer.

Terms of use

Draft

Last updated: Oct 18, 2026

The terms for using this website: what you can do here, who owns the content, what the free audit and the MOVA Score are, and the limits of our liability. On this page, MOVA, we, and the company mean Hasod (Israel), which runs MOVA.

A working draft, not final legal text. The binding wording will be written and approved by a lawyer.

Read the full draft: terms of use
  1. 01Using the site

The site is open to everyone, with no sign-up and no payment. Using it means you agree to these terms.

    • Don't try to break into systems, get around protections, or overload the server.
    • Don't enter someone else's details without their knowledge.
    • A form sent maliciously or automatically doesn't count as a request.
  2. 02Intellectual property

The text, the MOVA name and mark, the code, the design, and the visual language of this site belong to the company.

You're welcome to quote a short passage with credit and a link to the source. You can't copy the site, parts of it, or its look for any other use without written permission.

  3. 03Information, not advice

Everything on this site, including the results of the free store audit and the MOVA Score, is general information, not professional, legal, accounting, or financial advice.

The audit and the score work from what they read on a site or what you answer, not from a review of your business. They're there to start a conversation, not to replace one.

  4. 04The site as it is

We work to keep the site available, accurate, and up to date, but we don't promise it will be available without interruption, free of errors, or right for every case.

An actual engagement, its scope, timelines, and commitments are set in a separate, signed agreement, not on this page.

  5. 05Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the company, its owners, and its employees won't be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, lost profits, lost data, or any decision made on the basis of content published on this site.

Direct liability, if any applies, won't exceed the amount paid to the company for the service in question.

  6. 06Links and outside services

The site links to other people's services and relies on outside infrastructure providers. What happens on their side is governed by their own terms and policies, not these.

  7. 07Privacy

How we handle the information you leave here is described in the privacy policy on this page, which is part of these terms.

  8. 08Governing law

Israeli law governs these terms and any use of the site. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

  9. 09Changes

These terms may change. The version on this page, with its date, is the one in effect from the moment it's published.

  10. 10Contact

Questions about these terms, about using the content, or a request for written permission: hello@mova.biz.
