Who makes the final call?

In short

You do. A proposal comes with its reasons, and you approve it, change it, or say no. The team proposes. You approve. You decide what runs on its own, and nothing that costs money runs until you turn it on. Maya answers your customers' common questions on her own, from launch day.

How a proposal reaches you

  1. 1
An agent noticesSomething changes in its department: a product running low, a new price on a supplier invoice, a question customers keep asking.
  2. 2
A proposal, with the reasonsWhat to do and why, with the numbers it's based on. At Premium, the agent works from your whole store's data.
  3. 3
Q's fixed checksWhere one of Q's checks applies, it runs first: a missing clock-in holds back the hours report, and a possible duplicate invoice gets flagged.
  4. 4
You decideApprove it, change it, or say no, on your phone or computer. You decide what runs on its own, and nothing that costs money runs until you turn it on.

That's how the team decides every day at Hasod. The conversations shown on this site are illustrations: the cases, the numbers, and the names are made up to show how it works. At your store, it starts with Maya.

What they never do on their own

  • They don't pay suppliersPixie reads supplier invoices, and at Master she alerts you when a supplier raises a price. Paying them stays with you.
  • They don't buy stock without your OKAt Premium, Stocky recommends what to reorder and how much. The order goes to the supplier only after you approve it.
  • They don't launch a campaign without your OKAt Premium, Cleo writes campaign emails and posts. They go out only after you approve them.
  • They don't promise what they can't checkMaya answers from your store's policies, and at Premium from the order's live status. She doesn't promise a date or a stock level she can't see.
  • Bruno doesn't fill a gap with a zeroWhen a number can't be worked out honestly, Bruno says there isn't enough data instead of showing a zero. You see what's a real number and what's a gap before you decide.
  • They don't change your site without a checkAt Premium, Lumi prepares a fix for a page, and people check it before it goes live.

And the chat?

Maya answers your customers in web chat without waiting for approval on each answer: at Basic, general questions, and at Premium, a specific order too. A payment link and a credit in the chat are part of her Master, and run only once you turn them on. Without them, a discount or a refund is your call.

And if I don't approve?

Nothing goes ahead. If something needs a change, write what to change in plain words, and the team prepares it again.
