Yes, where your provider allows it. MOVA isn't a payment processor. Your store uses its own, such as Stripe or PayPal, and we connect it to your new site during setup. At Hasod, the online gift store in Israel where we built MOVA, the chat and the checkout already work with the store's own processor.

What we need from you
Your account with your payment processor, and access to it. Your processor's fees are set by your processor, and they aren't part of MOVA's price.

During setup, we connect your provider where it allows it, and test it before moving on. AI does the work fast. People check every change before it goes live.

Your new site goes live only after you approve it. Each agent starts working with this connection when its department joins your store. A part that needs an upgrade starts once you upgrade its agent.
Good to know
At Hasod, a credit is an amount with a reason, issued against an order and capped at its total. It isn't a line-item refund of one product from the order.

Questions about payments.
Which payment processors can you connect?
Stripe, PayPal, or the processor you use today, where your provider allows it. We check yours on the first call, and connecting it is part of the setup quote.
Who pays the processing fees?
You do, to your processor, as you do today. Your processor's fees are paid by use, and they aren't part of MOVA's price.
What about a tool that isn't listed here?
On the first call, we check whether your software allows a connection, through its API or a data export. The tools your store already uses are connected during setup. Connecting a new outside service after launch is quoted separately, and only with your OK in advance.
What happens to the data that crosses this connection?
At Hasod, a card is typed on the processor's own payment page, so card details never pass through MOVA. What a connection sends goes only to the service your store chose. We use your data only to run the service and never share it, except with the infrastructure, AI, and messaging providers that run it. Your store's data lives in its own database.
