Three levels
- BasicIncluded in the baseThe essential version of the agent, included in the base: the core of its department's job.
- PremiumFrom $29/month per agentThe agent knows your whole store: products, orders, inventory, and suppliers. It does the main work of its department.
- MasterFrom $49/month per agentEverything in Premium, plus bigger quotas, a monthly review with a person from MOVA, and actions that cost money, which run only once you turn them on.

Q is always included and isn't sold separately. Q checks what he's responsible for before a problem reaches you, and each check starts when its department joins your store.
Prices per agent, per month, on top of the $149/month base. Prices are before sales tax where it applies. Upgrade any agent on its own.
Changing levels
Basic is included. Upgrade any agent to Premium or Master on its own, and go back to Basic any month. Some levels have a monthly limit, like Maya's chats or Pixie's invoices. We tell you before you reach it, nothing stops in the middle of a task, and anything beyond the limit goes ahead only after you approve it.

Maya answers your customers from launch day, at Basic, and the rest of the team joins one department at a time.
