Maya answers your customers from launch day, and the rest of the team joins one department at a time. Upgrade any agent to Premium or Master, from $29/month. Setup and the move are a one-time fee, quoted after a short call. The setup fee covers work already done, so it isn't refunded.
What that means, every month
- In the background: updates and bug fixes, servers and hosting, security updates, and a daily backup.
- AI usage: included in normal volume, with no credits to buy.
- People check: AI does the work fast. People check every change before it goes live.
- Accessibility after launch: an accessibility issue that comes from our code is fixed as part of upkeep. The content you add, and your accessibility statement, are yours to keep up.
- Help when you need it: make small changes yourself in the admin, and we're here to help, Mon-Fri in US business hours.
What isn't included
- Billed by usage: text messages, your payment processor's fees, and your domain's registration and renewal.
- Quoted separately, and only with your OK: new pages, features, or systems, a redesign of a site that's already live, entering content in bulk, connecting new outside services, and paid ads.
Setup and the move are a one-time fee, quoted after a short call. Prices are before sales tax where it applies.
