At Hasod, the online gift store in Israel where we built MOVA, supplier invoices arrive in the office Gmail, and MOVA registers the invoice emails in the admin, each with a link back to that email. When the email links to the file, it's read line by line. Customer emails don't go out from Gmail.

Good to know
Only an invoice behind a download link in the email is fetched. An email that carries the invoice as an attachment, or no file at all, is registered without it, and you attach the PDF to the same row.

Questions about Gmail.
Does MOVA send emails from my Gmail?
No. At Hasod, customer emails go out through the email delivery service MOVA uses, and Gmail is only read, for the supplier invoices that arrive in the inbox.
What happens to an invoice sent as an attachment?
At Hasod, the email is registered in the admin with a link to it, without the file. You attach the PDF to the same row, and it's read there, line by line, with no duplicate invoice.
What about a tool that isn't listed here?
On the first call, we check whether your software allows a connection, through its API or a data export. The tools your store already uses are connected during setup. Connecting a new outside service after launch is quoted separately, and only with your OK in advance.
What happens to the data that crosses this connection?
This connection only reads invoice emails, and the files they link to, from the inbox: nothing is sent from it. We use your data only to run the service and never share it, except with the infrastructure, AI, and messaging providers that run it. Your store's data lives in its own database.
