What does the AI see of my store?

In short

The AI works with your store's data only to run the service, and what it sees depends on the agent's level. At Basic, an agent reads what the core of its job needs, like your order board. At Premium, it knows your whole store: products, orders, inventory, and suppliers. At Master, Maya also reads a photo a customer sends.

BasicThe essential version of the agent, included in the base: the core of its department's job.
PremiumThe agent knows your whole store: products, orders, inventory, and suppliers. It does the main work of its department.
MasterEverything in Premium. For Maya, that includes reading a photo a customer sends before she answers.

Who runs the AI

AI providers run the chat and the content. We use your data only to run the service and never share it, except with the infrastructure, AI, and messaging providers that run it. Your store's data lives in its own database.

And when a connection sends something to another service, it goes only to the service your store chose.

And mistakes?

Like any AI, the agents can make mistakes. That's why they bring proposals, and the decision is yours. You decide what runs on its own, and nothing that costs money runs until you turn it on.
